Green Card sponcering by My Sister
Dear All,

My sister is a US Citizen.
Now she is going to start the Green Card for relative process.

I am currently living in USA and I am on H1-B.

Ones she applies for me, Can I stay in USA until my Green Card through my sister comes.

I am from India and can anyone tell me how many years or months it takes to get the VISA number ones my I-130 is approved.
